In Didger 3, the Warp Image command is not intended to be used with a descending axis. If you want to warp your image, the image must be calibrated with ascending axes (the Y axis increasing upwards and the X axis increasing to the right).
Didger 4 supports descending axes and will not rotate or flip your image.
