Strater can be used to create input data for Surfer in the terms that you can:
- Export the logs you create to a file and import those logs as a base map in Surfer
- Export the data in the database view as a DAT file and then use it to create post maps or grid files in Surfer (you will have to do some data massaging first to include the XY values for each borehole and combine all the data).
Currently, there is not a direct link from Strater to Surfer that will allow you to directly create a 3D model in Surfer from data imported into Strater.
