How can I easily switch the Borehole View to display data for other boreholes?

In Strater, you can switch the borehole view to display data for a different borehole vary easily.

1.       Click View | View Properties (View | Borehole View Properties in Strater 2) (or click outside the page margin in the empty white space).

2.       In the Property Manager click to the right of ID Filter and select which borehole you want to display.

3.       This will change the Hole ID for all logs in the borehole view.

 

Strater also offers the option of changing the ID Filter for each log individually. Select a log and in the Property Manager, go to the Base tab and set the ID Filter individually for that log only.

In Strater 1, in addition to the Borehole Name Filter option in the borehole view properties in the Property Inspector, there is a shortcut button on the toolbar to switch between the different borehole names. To the right of the Design Mode button there is a small downward pointing arrow. Click on this little arrow to bring up a drop down menu. This drop down menu lists the different available borehole names. Just select which borehole name you want the logs to plot:
