| I have many line plots in my graph and I would like to name the plots with names that are more descriptive. How do I do this? |

Each object, including graph objects, can be given a unique name in Grapher. By default, multiple line plots are named Line/Scatter Plot 1, Line/Scatter Plot 2, etc. The easiest way to give objects unique names is by using the Object Manager.
In Grapher 7, the object manager is docked to the upper right of the plot window, by default. If you do not see the object manager, choose View | Toolbars/Managers | Object Manager. Select the plot in the Object Manager. Right click on the object and choose Rename Object. Type a new ID into the box. Alternatively, single click on a highlighted object in the Object Manager to edit the ID.
