Q. Voxler displays an error and crashes when opening the demo Gold (ScatterPlot).voxb file in the Module Library.

   Instruction at 0x697ddcc8 referred memory at 0x02675fb0.
  The memory coud not be read.

The graphics card is the NVIDIA Quadro FX3400/4400. 

A. The problem was resolved by downloading and installing a new graphics card driver.  The customer downloaded the driver from the computer manufacturer's web site (hp.com), and the driver is also available from nvidia.com.
