Where can I find my serial number?

There are three possible locations where you can find your Serial Number.  With your registered serial number information complete, we will be able to mail you announcements of upgrades and newsletters.

1. Label on the installation CD sleeve
Starting in 2011, the serial number is located on the sticker label on the installation CD sleeve.

2. Registration Card:
The serial number is on the registration card glued either on CD sleeve (for software purchased in late 2009 or 2010), or inside the front cover of your User's Guide, Getting Started Guide or Quick Start Guide (for software purchased before mid-2009). Please complete the registration card and return to Golden Software or register online at our web site.

3. Download Instructions:
If you received a download only copy of your Golden Software product, the serial number was included with the download information that you received from our sales department.

4. Location in each program:
  • SURFER:
    Beginning with version 7 of Surfer, you can find your serial number by selecting Help | About Surfer.  The About dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.

  • GRAPHER:
    Beginning with version 3 of Grapher, you can find your serial number by selecting Help | About Grapher.  The About Grapher dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.

  • MAPVIEWER:
    Beginning with version 4 of MapViewer, you can find your serial number by selecting Help | About MapViewer.      The About dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.

 
  • VOXLER:
    Voxler allows you to determine your serial number by going to the Help menu and selecting     Help | About Voxler.      The About dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.

  • DIDGER:
    Beginning with version 2 of Didger, you can find your serial number by selecting Help | About Didger.  The About Didger dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.

  • STRATER:
    Strater allows you to determine your serial number by going to the Help menu and selecting Help | About Strater.  The About Strater dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.
