To automatically convert a depth table to an interval table, go to the depth data table and go to Table | Convert to Interval Table. This will create a new interval table based on the depth table that was originally open. This is useful when you have the depth values for the tops of your units and you want to create a lithology or zone bar log (which requires interval-based data).
The Convert to Interval Table command automatically defines the interval from and to depths based upon the supplied depth values. The first depth value for the new interval table always starts with 0. Therefore, you may need to manually modify the first "from" depth in the new table if the first interval does not start at 0. The original depth table is not deleted after using this command.
