In Strater, Page Setup is not grayed out.
For Strater 1 and 2:
The File | Page Setup command is grayed out when the Log Display Mode for the borehole is set to Full View.
The File | Page Setup command is only activated when the Log Display Mode is set to Page View.
To activate the File | Page Setup command:
1. Click View | View Properties.
2. In the Property Manager, change the Log Display Mode from Full View to Page View.
3. Then you can click File | Page Setup to access the Page Setup dialog.
