Grapher has the ability to move plot labels, axis labels, axis titles, or graph titles when they overlap with other items on the graph. To do this, click once on your plot, axis, or graph in the Object Manager.
Select the plot in the Object Manager.
Choose Graph | Move Labels. Click on the label and drag it to a new location. Press the ESC key on the keyboard when all labels are moved to the desired new location.
