Zone bar logs have the option to use a Keyword Scheme. If a Keyword Scheme is applied to the zone bar log, then the text properties are controlled in the scheme, not in the Property Manager. If a Keyword Scheme is not applied, then you can use the Property Manager to change the font properties.
Check in the Property Manager to see if that particular zone bar log uses a Keyword Scheme. If so, open the Scheme Editor (Tools | Scheme Editor), open the applied Keyword Scheme, and change the font properties for each scheme item. Click OK when you are done.
