The keyword text orientation for post logs is controlled on the Label tab in the Property Manager.
Select the post log and in the Property Manager, go to the Label tab and open the open the Layout section. You can set the text position relative to the symbol by setting the Offset Types (Center, Left, Top, Right, Bottom, User Defined). You can also set the Angle of the text labels in the Layout section, or control other text properties under the Format or Font sections on the Label tab.
