Create surface maps from grids of each of the layers. Overlay the surface maps, enable the Show Base option, and specify a different fill color for each layer. Please see attached screenshot for a progression of the maps.





For an example, please see attached GRD files and SRF file.  Grid | Math was used to add 150 to the Z values in Demogrid.grd to create the upper surface. Then Grid | Mosaic was used to adjust the grid minimum and maximum extents just slightly so that the grids are not the same. This is to alleviate the stitching problem (described at http://www.goldensoftware.com/activekb/questions/353).
