Why do I get "ActiveX Automation: server could not be found" error when running a script?

The most common cause of this error is failing to run Surfer interactively so it can register itself in the Windows registry.

Please make sure Surfer is installed on the computer and that you have opened the application manually at least once before trying to run the script.
