You can use Grapher's Digitizing function to see - and optionally record - X,Y values from your plot.

Click once on the plot, either in the plot window or in the Object Manager, so that it is selected.  Click the Graph | Digitizing command and choose either the Digitize or the Digitize Fixed command.

Now as you move the crosshair cursor around on the plot, the X,Y location of the cursor is displayed in the status bar.  If you chose the Digitize Fixed command, you will only be able to move the cursor along the plot itself.  If you used the Digitize command, you can move the cursor anywhere.

While in Digitize mode, you can click anywhere on the screen and the X,Y value of that location will be recorded in a separate report window.  You can click again to record another location.  The list of values can be saved to a file using the File | Save command in the report window.

You can exit from digitizing mode by clicking on a toolbar button, choosing another command, or by pressing the ESC key.

There is a second way to show the XY values of individual points on the graph.  Choose Tools | Options.  On the left side of the dialog, click the Plots option.  On the right side, check the Display value on click option and click OK.  Now when you click on a point on the plot, the XY values of the cursor location will be reported in the status bar.
