If your data sets are in different coordinate systems, you will
want to set the coordinate system for each map layer and the entire map so that the data overlays properly.
If you
want to change the projection of your data, grid, or base map (have one coordinate system for the layers, and display the map in another coordinate system), you will want to
set the coordinate system for each map layer and the entire map.
