Q1. What are the prices for Surfer, Grapher, MapViewer, Didger, Strater, and Voxler?
A. Surfer 9 retails for $699US plus shipping
         Surfer 9 upgrade is $229US plus shipping
    Grapher 8 retails for $349US plus shipping
         Grapher 8 upgrade is $119US plus shipping
    MapViewer 7 retails for $249US plus shipping
         MapViewer 7 upgrade is $79US plus shipping
    Didger 4 retails for $389US plus shipping
        Didger 4 upgrade is $129US plus shipping
    Strater retails for $449US plus shipping
    Voxler retails for $359US plus shipping

Q2. What are the shipping charges?
A.  Shipping in the United States is $8 per order.
     Shipping outside the United States is:
          $20US for the first item per order and
          $10US for each additional item.
     Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges imposed by your country.

Q3. What information is required to place an order?
A. Please provide your:
     name,
     company name,
     complete street address (Do NOT use PO Box),
     city,
     state,
     zip/postal code,
     country,
     phone and fax numbers
     your Visa, Mastercard or American Express number and expiration date.

Q5. What is the delivery time on an order?
A. Orders received before noon MST will be shipped that day. If the order is received after noon MST, the order will be shipped the following business day. Orders shipped with a US destination will be delivered two business days after ship date. Orders shipped with an international destination will be delivered to your country the next business day after ship date, but delivery to you directly may be delayed one or two days depending on your country’s customs or duty procedures.

Q6. What methods of payment does Golden Software accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express, also, company checks in US funds and bank transfers. 

Q7. Are your products Section 508 compatible?
A. All Golden Software products are compatible with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S. C. 794d), also, referenced as Bobby.

Q9. Do you have plans for Macintosh or Unix versions of your software?
A. We do not have any plans for Macintosh or Unix versions. 

Q10. What do I need to get an upgrade?
A. An upgrade requires a registered serial number of your current version.

Q11. Where do I find my serial number?
A. The serial number is on the registration card glued inside the cover of your reference manual. Please complete the registration card and return to Golden Software or register online at our web site. With this information, we will be able to mail you announcements of upgrades and newsletters.

Newer versions of our products also allow you to find your serial number by going to the Help menu and selecting "About...."  The box will show the serial number, as shown below.

Q12. Do you have demo versions of your software?
A. Free demos of Surfer, Grapher, MapViewer, Didger, Strater, and Voxler are available to download from our web page. Our demos are working model demos with the exception of being able to print or save.

Q13. Does your software work with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7?
A.  All Golden Software products work with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7.  There have been no problems reported.

Q14. How long will it take to download a file from the Golden Software web site?
A. Downloading can be a fast solution with high-speed connections, but may not be efficient if using standard dial-up connections.   Remember that download times are theoretical, and are not necessarily actual times.

Q15. Is Technical Support free? 
A. Yes, Technical Support is free to all users for as long as you own the product. You must register your product in order to receive technical support.  You can reach technical support by phone, fax, or email.

Q16. Do you have any guarantee?
A. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for any order placed directly with Golden Software.

Q17. Do you know a reseller in my country?
