• Some GSI files import into Grapher 4 at a different size and scale than specified by the GSI file. GSI files now import correctly.
• Grapher calculates the axis limits incorrectly when a log axis is used if a zero data point is displayed. Clipping is also displayed wrong in this case. Limits and clipping behavior corrected.
• The line end styles for the line plot, function plot, polar function plot and fit plot cannot be set via automation. The necessary automation commands were added to the line, fit, function and polar function plots.
• When 3D graphs are rotated such that X angle is 90 or -90, bounds box may be displayed incorrectly. Bounding box calculation corrected for this situation.
• Performing an undo/redo does not set the file modified flag after a file is saved. Undo/redo now sets the file modified flag.
• Bitmaps copied from other programs and pasted into Grapher are upside down. This problem is due to Grapher pasting as a broken apart metafile rather than an unbroken metafile. Change made so Grapher now defaults to pasting as an unbroken metafile resulting in correct orientation for pasted bitmap.
• Grapher displays a dialog when importing a EMF file from automation, even though it should not. Dialog no longer displayed when importing metafile via automation.
• Grapher rotates a graph incorrectly in Automation. The axes were placed incorrectly. Graph now rotates correctly when rotated via automation.
• The fill associated with a line plot was incorrect when used with a discontinuous line and a fill cutoff was specified. Fill now has gaps corresponding to the gaps in a discontinuous plot.
• Grapher calculates the bins incorrectly for custom bins when the lowest bin does not have a <=Minimum value. Values less than the minimum bin value are no longer counted.
• When switching bar chart orientation via automation, an incorrect display may occur. Charts are now displayed correctly.
• The DefaultFill automation properties, SetPattern, PatternName and PatternType fail when run from a script. These commands have been corrected and now work correctly.

• The first and last tick range edit boxes on the axis Tick Marks page truncate very long values. In some instances, this caused the first tick to not appear correctly. The first/last tick range boxes no longer truncate values.
