properties for all items in the map.

Grapher 8 Released September 18, 2009

Grapher 8 elevates your graphing capabilities to a new level of sophistication and accuracy:

  • Display your data your way in with over 40 2D and 3D graph types, using an expanded variety of customizable, colorful gradient and fill patterns and transparency options.
  • Import and export many new file formats in Grapher 8: New import formats: AN1,
AN2, BW, DCM, DIC, ECW, PBM, PGM, PLY, PNM, PPM, RAS, RGB, RGBA, SID, SUN, and
VTK. New export formats: BW, GSB, PBM, PDF (vector), PGM, PNM, PPM, RAS, RGB,
    RGBA, SUN, X, and XIMG.
  • Better explain your data by magnifying small details in any section of your graph, or
creating a mini-graph to emphasize part of your graph that may have been missed by viewing
    just the main graph.
  • Save time — link all your text blocks to your worksheet to automatically display axis
and legend titles, legend entries, headers, and footers in any worksheet file. Your data can also
be perfectly spaced in your legend and displayed in multiple columns.
  • Digitize from a ternary plot to get three normalized values, and ternary axes can now
be limited to any portion of your graph.
  • Locate your data by selecting a point on your graph and the corresponding point is highlighted within the Grapher worksheet.
  • This is just a quick summary of the changes, click here for a comprehensive list of
what is new in Grapher 8.
