A single-user license grants one user the right to use the software license. For each single user license you purchase, you will receive a unique product key. This license may not be used by multiple people.
A concurrent-use license, also called a “network” or “floating” license, is tied to a network. The License Manager or License Administrator software is installed on a license server on the company network. The product can be installed on as many client machines as desired. The product usage is controlled by the license server and is limited to the number of concurrent seats that were purchased.
If the single-user or concurrent-use licenses do not fit your business model, contact us and we would be glad to create a solution that will fit your needs.
Any eligible serial number for a previous version can be upgraded to the current version at the discounted upgrade price.
You will need to log in to your MyAccount portal to purchase an upgrade to the current version.
- Log in to MyAccount under Existing Customer.
- Click the Upgrade Software button.
- On the My Products page, click the Upgrade to... link to the right of the serial number(s) you wish to upgrade. This will add the upgrade to your cart.
- If the serial number is missing from the list, you will have to register your serial number.
- Continue shopping or click the Proceed to Checkout link.

You will receive an email containing access to the software program and a PDF Quick Start Guide immediately after purchase. You also receive annual maintenance which entitles you to free upgrades to new versions throughout the entire maintenance period. All of the content found in the User’s Guide PDF is available within the program’s help. It is not necessary to purchase the User’s Guide. However we compile the content in an easy-to-read document format for users who prefer to print the help or read the help in book format.

Golden Software collects sales tax on products sold to companies and individuals located in Colorado. Tax exempt entities outside of Colorado need not provide their tax exempt number.
