Santiago joined Golden Software as the Grapher Product Manager in January 2023. He is Chicago based and completed his MS in Product Design & Development Management at Northwestern University. His undergraduate was completed at University of Maryland where he achieved both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Music.

Santiago has previously worked as a design engineer on surgical robotics and has a passion for finding new ways to provide direct value to customers by helping them solve their problems. Outside of work he has a passion for music, nature, traveling, and enjoys spending time with his family.
