As Chief Executive Officer of Golden Software, Zach Mills oversees the company’s strategic direction, global sales, growth, market expansion, and product direction. He began his career with Golden Software in 2014 as the product documentation manager where he became an expert in each of the products as he documented the ins and outs of the software. Thereafter, he took on the financial strategy role before venturing into product direction and strategy. In 2023, Zach took over as CEO.

Zach graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering. Prior to joining Golden Software, Zach worked in various roles in the oil and gas industry including data collection and chemical sales. In his free time, Zach enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction books (especially reading with his kids), riding or wrenching on motorcycles, and most kinds of video games.
