Hello Robert,
Yes, Didger 5 can take a PDF file, digitize it, and export it to a SHP file. I'm not sure what file formats Groundwater Vistas supports, for its base maps.
Thanks!
Leslie
can I scan a USGS topo map as a pdf file, digitize it with Didger (5 points of Lat and lon) , export as a .shp file. Then import the .shp as a base map into Groundwater Vistas?
