New Features of Didger 5: Expanded File Format Support

One of the most versatile new features of Didger 5 is the addition of more than 30 new file formats for import and export. For example, it's now possible to digitize information in Didger, export to Google Earth KML format, and then view the digitized information in Google Earth. Here is a complete list of the new file formats supported in Didger:

Hello Robert,

Yes, Didger 5 can take a PDF file, digitize it, and export it to a SHP file. I'm not sure what file formats Groundwater Vistas supports, for its base maps.

Thanks!
Leslie

can I scan a USGS topo map as a pdf file, digitize it with Didger (5 points of Lat and lon) , export as a .shp file. Then import the .shp as a base map into Groundwater Vistas?
