Rick joined Golden Software in 2026 as a Build & Release Engineer, focused on improving workflows, strengthening software reliability, and helping teams ship with confidence. He’s known for staying calm under pressure, especially when things break.
Before Golden Software, Rick spent nearly four years at DNSFilter, a cybersecurity startup, where he partnered closely with engineering teams to scale testing, build automation, and improve release confidence. What he finds most fulfilling is making complex systems more reliable, reducing friction, and helping great products reach users smoothly.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys cruising, gaming, going down rabbit holes, and spoiling his cat and his partner’s two Corgis. He grew up on Long Island, NY, and now lives in Wichita, KS.
